Ortonville resident Catherine Trainor is encouraging everyone to help support her sister, Sharon Caulfield, the owner of Oxford Barbershop, who has been diagnosed with cancer and is undergoing chemotherapy and needs help paying her medical bills.
Collection boxes will be available at Paul’s Barber Shop (87 W. Burdick) Back Street Barber shop (28 S. Washington St.) and Leonard’s Old Time Barbershop (1 E. Elmwood in Leonard).
?(Being) a barber is a dying business and they want to keep her going as much as they can while she undergoes her treatment and she can return in the spring to start up her business,? Trainor said.
Donations can be made at Oxford Bank. They can be addressed to Catherine Trainor, benefit of Sharon Caulfield.
