The Orion Art Center welcomed the Karl Kaiser Schule Theatre Group from Itzehoe, Germany on July 9-12, as the group of 30 performed ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream? at the Oxford Performing Arts Center on July 11. The group visited the U.S. as part of the Blue Lake International Exchange Program, and stayed with host families in the area, including: the Benson family, the Cuenys, the Gabriels, the Goldens, the Hilberts, the Maberys, the McCulloughs, the Meyers, the Ordakowskis, the Preczewskis, the Ryans, the Rzadkowolskis, the Seymours, the Todds, and the Widgrens. The play was sponsored by a grant from the DaimlerChrysler Corporation Fund, and over 250 spectators attended. Photo submitted by the OAC.
