Good old-fashioned News

Festival Day at Andersonville Elementary School meant a Journey Back in Time, May 8, as presenters from around the community led students in workshops about the history of dance, automobiles, cooking, art, science, and other topics.
For History of the News, presented by Clarkston News editor Phil Custodio, teams of students constructed old-fashioned “paste-up” newspaper pages, cutting columns and pictures with scissors and pasting them up using glue sticks. Then they checked out how computers are used today to do the same thing.
