It makes me sick to find out what Kimberly Trackwell was charged with.
I am the mother of a 4-year-old and the owner of the mobile home in which the bullet she allegedly fired entered.
After a shot was fired through my bedroom wall, where my daughter was laying in bed,we hid in our bathtub until the police arrived.I feel like my family was the real victim and a misdemeanor charge of reckless use of a firearm is not justice.
I would like to see Trackwell spend the rest of her life behind bars for her alleged crime.
I do not believe firing into a home where a 4-year-old lives should be a misdemeanor offense.
I hope this woman is ashamed of herself because she is despicable to me.

Editor’s Note: In addition to the misdemeanor charge of reckless use of a firearm, Trackwell was also charged with one count of assault with a dangerous weapon (a four-year felony) and one count of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony (a two-year felony). Her felony charges stem from an April 25 incident in which Trackwell allegedly fired shots at a 46-year-old Addison woman in the Hidden Lake Estates mobile home park.
