Almost 300 athletes took on this year’s Craig Greenfield Memorial Triathlon and Duathlon.
Triathletes at the Aug. 1 event swam an 800 meter course in Deer Lake, biked 16 miles through Clarkston, then ran 4.4 miles through downtown Clarkston and Depot Park. Duathetes ran 1.9 miles, biked 16 miles, then finished with a 4.4 mile run.
The event raised more than $100,000 so far for Leukemia Lymphoma Society on behalf of the Craig Geenfield memorial and Greenfield family.
