Springfield Township Board will consider ballot language, March 9, for a dedicated parks and recreation millage.
Board members recommended a .75 mill, estimated to raise $428,360.68 for township parks and rec. This would fund 85 percent of the $512,873 program.
The board meets at 7:30 p.m., Thursday, at Civic Center, 12000 Davisburg Road. Public vote on the millage would be during the Aug. 3 primary election.
