Students at Pine Tree Elementary collected change from May 10-27 to benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. The fundraiser is sponsored by the Pine Tree Student Council every year, and each class collected change. The school raised (unofficially) over $1,100; a big increase from their past efforts of about $400.
