PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

VILLAGE OF ORTONVILLE

Notice is hereby given that the Village of Ortonville will hold a Public Hearing in conjunction with the Regular Village Council meeting on December 12, 2016 at 7:00 P.M. The meeting will take place at the Brandon Township Offices at 395 Mill Street, Ortonville MI 48462.

The purpose of the hearing is to review community development, public needs, inform citizens of the availability of funds and eligible uses for the 2015 Program Year Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds, and receive comments on proposed activities, particularly from low and moderate-income persons. The Ortonville Village Council will consider any public comments at this time.

Approximately $6,000.00 may be available to the Village of Ortonville to fund eligible projects that principally benefit low and moderate-income persons.

All interested citizens are invited to attend the Hearing.

This meeting is open to the public under the Michigan Open Meetings Act.
