LEGAL NOTICE
The regular meeting of the Groveland Township Board of Zoning Appeals will be held on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at the Groveland Township Hall, 4695 Grange Hall Road, Holly, MI 48442. The purpose of the meeting is to hear the following:
BZA 2016-004, JUDITH ANN MIRACLE, 2930 Auten Road, Ortonville, MI. Sec. 02-02-200-017; VARIANCE REQUESTS TO SIDE YARD SETBACK FOR PRINCIPAL RESIDENCE (W); AND TO SIDE YARD SETBACK FOR THE EXISTING ACCESSORY BUILDING (E); AND TO EXCEED THE 600′ LENGTH OF THE DEED STRIP BY AN ADDITIONAL 162.22′
