A party went terribly wrong for this group of four.
According to an Oakland County Sheriff’s Department report, a white suburban was pulled over for suspicious behavior on Baldwin Road on Jan. 20.
According to the report, the driver, a 19-year old Candlewick Drive man, was driving on a suspended license.
One passenger, an 18-year old Baldwin woman, had an outstanding misdemeanor warrant, and a 29-year old Pontiac man, another passenger, had multiple outstanding warrants.
In their investigation, an OCSD officer learned that the group had all consumed alcohol and extacy.
The Pontiac man was arrested and transported to Oakland County Jail.The Baldwin woman was transported to district court for arraignment on her warrant.
Police also removed an infant from the home of the 18-year old, and placed the child at Children’s Village.
The fourth passenger in the suburban, a 22-year old Ashley woman, later reported receiving death threats from two of the other passengers.
The OCSD contacted those passengers and advised against any further contact.
The Ashley woman will be requesting a personal protection order, according to the report.
