Team RUSH of Clarkston High School is preparing for their annual RUSH Regatta, starting at 10 a.m., Satudary, Aug. 14 on Deer Lake. Races start about 12 p.m. The robotics students spend weeks designing and building the cardboard boats, as well as developing a business plan for sponsorships. Their goal is to float on Deer Lake with three people in each boat, competing for trophies, small cash prizes, and bragging rights.
