Sgt. First Class Michael Stockwell, Jr., 34, is a 1993 Brandon High School graduate. He is serving his third deployment in Afghanistan and is based out of Alaska.
He joined the Army right after high school and is a communications specialist.
He has been away from home since February 2009 and hopes to be home before Easter.
Michael and his wife Angela have been married 12 years and have four children:
Douglas, 13 (who lives in Oklahoma), Justin, 10, Brandon, 9, and Aubrey, 6.
Michael misses being with his wife and the kids the most, along with just spending time in daily family activities.
