Mr. and Mrs. Joe Van Houten of Grand Blanc and Mr. and Mrs. Ken Wolven of Clarkston are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, Aimee Lynn Van Houten and Paul Mathew Wolven. Van Houten is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Schneiderhan of Grand Blanc and the late Frank and Katherine Van Houten of Flint. Wolven is the grandson of the late Charles and Reba Keneipp of Silverwood and the late W.K. and Lulu Wolven of Marysville. The bride-elect, a graduate of Michigan State University, is employed as an accountant by Barton-Malow of Southfield and currently resides in Novi. The prospective bridegroom, a resident of Lansing, earned a degree in chemical engineering from Michigan State University and is employed as an engineer by Consumers Energy. An August 2003 wedding is planned at The Church of the Holy Family in Grand Blanc.
